Wayland Town Crier 9/3/11: Comments welcome on Wayland Town Center project. Residents got the chance to comment this week on environmental issues surrounding the long-awaited Town Center project on the former Raytheon site. Several residents shared their concerns at a meeting Thursday night. Others can find text of the plan at the town library, board of health or on ermne.com and are welcome to comment in writing until Thursday. Vertex Environmental Services, the developer’s environmental consultant, will prepare a summary of comments and responses within 60 days.
