Wayland Patch 9/26/13: Decision Issued on Wayland Green Place. In a 5-0 Planning Board vote, the Wayland Green Place housing complex was given final approval on Tuesday night, according to the town planner. The site plan approval comes weeks after the Planning Board held a public hearing on the complex, which was originally proposed as 88 units in 2008, according to Town Planner Sarkis Sarkisian.

Wayland Town Crier 10/1/13: Wayland Planning Board approves Town Center housing. The Planning Board last week gave approval with conditions to Brendon Properties LLC of Southborough to develop Wayland Green Place, comprising 42 two-bedroom townhouses on Lillian Way behind the Town Center. Brendon Properties plans to purchase the property through KGI/Twenty Wayland. However construction cannot begin until the site’s wastewater issues are resolved.
