Find Phil. Phillips R. Brooks is a former Wayland resident now living in East Windsor NJ. He was last seen driving his red Subaru Forester, NJ plate ZTS 47Y on the morning of 4/4, leaving his residence in East Windsor, NJ.

Phil’s EZ Pass was last used on Friday, 4/4 at 6:53 pm going through the Garden State Parkway, Cape May Toll Plaza North bound. This is a universal toll between exits 17 and 20, relatively close to Atlantic City. There are a myriad of exits between that toll plaza and Gretna that Phil could have exited from and the search is focusing in this area.

Phil’s EZ Pass was not used after this transaction, so it’s unlikely if he was traveling by car he got as far north as Massachusetts.

UPDATE: The Find Phil Facebook page yesterday reported “It is with a heavy heart that we need to report that we have found Phil and he has passed away. New Jersey State police found his vehicle today in Bass River State Forest in Tuckerton, NJ and he was 2 miles from the vehicle.”
