Wayland Town Crier 7/19/14: Wayland volunteers receive Ken Moon Award. Four volunteers who have put in countless hours at the Heard Farm Conservation Area in Wayland recently received the 2014 Ken Moon Award.
The award is named after the late Ken Moon, a longtime resident who served for many years on the Conservation Commission and worked on numerous land acquisition and land management projects for the community. This year’s winners are Mats Borgestedt, Bill Green, John Hines and Nicky Patterson.
