Wayland Town Crier 1/29/15: Concerns from Wayland DPW over land transfer. The Board of Public Works recently discussed issues surrounding the use of just over 14 acres of property near the Transfer Station access road for the proposed River’s Edge housing project. The transfer of the property to the Board of Selectmen to create the River’s Edge affordable and market-rate rental housing project was approved by last year’s annual Town Meeting.
