My family and I moved to Lincoln Road in Wayland in the Fall of 1967. Today, my wife Priscilla and I live in my family home with our 2 sons, Liam and Ford. Wayland is a bond that brought Priscilla and I together as her family moved into town in 1977 and it is where we met.
My professional and personal experience have guided me to not only be involved in our community, but to also be a voice. This election is the first time I have run for office and I would like to share a little about me.
Professionally, for the past 16 years I have been a Senior Partner at Boston Realty Advisors. Boston Realty Advisors is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and consulting firm with an integrated team of highly experienced and entrepreneurial professionals. Founded in 2001 on the principles of collaboration and thought leadership, we approach commercial real estate from a different perspective. Our integrated platform encourages and facilitates the exchange of knowledge, market insights and industry relationships to provide superior results. As a privately held firm, we are uniquely positioned to guarantee the personal involvement of senior partners across all of our specialized service lines. Core capabilities include tenant and landlord representation, property consulting, investment sales, and financing solutions.
When not at the office I am usually found on our farm known as Duck Puddle Farm on Lincoln Road. My family and I pursued a conservation restriction in perpetuity for our farm property to preserve over 30 acres of open fields and wetlands, which was finalized in 2001. I have offered guidance to neighbors, abutters and other landowners of the lasting benefits of land conservation. Today, Lincoln Road maintains the same rural feel that brought my parents to call it home nearly 50 years ago.
My philanthropic endeavors include Sudbury Valley Trustees and the Annual Boston Realty Advisors Charity Tennis Tournament where I have served as co-Chair. Additionally, I am a Board Member at Love Lane Therapeutic Horseback Riding Program in Lincoln; Treasurer of Wayland Cub Scout Pack 88; and a member of the Menlo College Alumni Association.
My desire to run for Associate Member of the Wayland Planning Board is to bring smart development and smart decisions to our community. I believe my professional real estate background combined with my ongoing interest for land conservation will provide an experienced voice at Planning Board. Smart development and smart decisions that makes sense.
Your support on March 28th would be greatly appreciated. Please consider voting for me.
