Wayland Town Crier 3/8/17: Land for Wayland CVS project sold. Land slated to hold a controversial Main Street CVS store has been sold, according to registry of deeds records. Last month, 150 Main Street LLC granted land at 150 Main St. and any buildings on it to Washington Street Business Center LLC, of Allston, and Andrian Shapiro as trustee of 1610 Commonwealth Ave. Realty Trust, for $8.4 million, according to a deed on file at the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds.
