Sudbury-Wayland-Lincoln Domestic Violence Roundtable

Sudbury-Wayland-Lincoln Domestic Violence Roundtable is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization of men and women incorporated in 1999. The goal of the Roundtable is to raise awareness about the issue of domestic violence through community education and networking and to improve the coordination between public and private services for victims and families touched by domestic violence.

Wayland Cleans Up

On Saturday, April 15, Let’s Clean Up the litter along our roads & fields. Clean up anywhere, any time 10am-2pm, visit station at the Town Building or Cochituate Ball Field parking lots for free black trash bags and clear recycling bags, and info on problem areas. Drop off your “collection” at these places before 2 PM or at the Wayland Transfer Station (484 Boston Post Road) before 4pm. They will let you enter without a sticker. You will not require the orange PAYT bags for the trash. Please sort recyclables and trash (trash includes wet paper) into separate bags. Separate metal, rubber tires, wood, etc. (If it’s too much or too big, email us at info@transitionwayland.org with the location).

Wear orange or another bright color for safety and visibility! Bring gloves, insect repellent, etc. Take selfies and send them to us with your thoughts for a local media article.
