The School Committee and incoming superintendent Arthur Unobskey have agreed on a three-year deal. Under the pact, Unobskey will earn a base salary of $190,000 for the fiscal year that begins July 1. Retiring Superintendent Paul Stein is expected to earn a base salary of about $204,000 in the current fiscal year, according to documents.
