The issue is playing out all over town: This week it’s the Oxbow field development project. Trying to keep up with an ever-growing demand for playing fields in town, last April’s Town Meeting voted and funded the project with $300,000 in CPA funds. But construction has been challenged by some abutters opposed to development, and they’ve got a hearing in Land Court in November. Buzz host Susan Wagner talks to abutter Charles D’Ambrosio and Recreation Commission Vice-Chair Brud Wright, to better understand the issues involved in this dispute.
