A popular gathering and viewing spot for Wayland fans traditionally is the John W. Weeks Bridge just downstream from Harvard’s Weld Boathouse and linking Harvard College and Harvard Business School.
The Head of the Charles is the world’s largest 2-day regatta, this year featuring 11,000 athletes, 2,271 boats and 790 teams from 28 countries battling on the grueling and twisty 3-mile upstream course while squeezing under 7 bridges. The forecast is for sunny and low 70s. Some 400,000 spectators are expected.
See you there!
