Wayland Town Crier 2/13/18: Voters to weigh in on new Wayland library. Voters will be able to weigh in next month on a proposal to build a new library by the middle school. On Monday, selectmen approved putting several Proposition 2 1/ 2 debt exclusion questions, which temporarily raise property taxes, before voters. The board decided to put three questions on the March 27 ballot – one for the library, one for field and recreation projects and one for work on the Town Building and Fire Station 2.
