Help Wayland Residents On Your Schedule

If you’re looking for a vital volunteer role serving your fellow Waylanders that you can do on an “as available” basis, FISH may be just the group for you. Friends in Service Helping – FISH – is a Council on Aging volunteer group that arranges for and provides rides for Wayland residents to medical appointments when they have no other way to get there. FISH volunteers can be drivers or telephone volunteers, working from home to match clients with available drivers. We are looking for more of both! The client is responsible for any tolls or parking expenses. Please see our flyer for more details about FISH, or contact Ann Gordon, Volunteer Coordinator at the Council on Aging, at 508-358-2990 or agordon@wayland.ma.us.
