Wayland Town Crier 6/17/18: Wayland’s Rod and Jack Fletcher join up on the court to win a USA Volleyball Open National Championship. It was Father’s Day on June 17, but one group of volleyball players young and old got going on the festivities about a month early. Over Memorial Day weekend, former Wayland boys volleyball coach Rod Fletcher and his son, Jack, traveled to Dallas, Texas, to compete in the USA Volleyball Open National Championships A Tournament. The event featured 62 teams from all over the country.
