Wayland Town Crier 5/16/10: Census forms being mailed back at good rate. Residents in almost every MetroWest and Milford-area town mailed back U.S. Census forms at a higher rate than the national average. Nationally, 72 percent of households surveyed have mailed in their forms. Sudbury and Wayland residents responded at a the highest rate in this region – 86%. And while most towns have lower rates or return than they did a decade ago, Wayland has matched its 2000 rate.
