Wayland Town Crier 8/23/12: Wayland Board of Health ponders to spray or not to spray. To spray or not to spray? That was the question at last week’s Board of Health meeting. Concerns about mosquitoes have arisen recently because of the discovery in early August that a trap on Dean Road in the southern part of town tested positive for West Nile Virus.
