Three appointed to Wayland public safety building board

Wayland Town Crier 1/11/11: Three appointed to Wayland public safety building board. Selectmen last night unanimously appointed three residents to the temporary Public Safety Building Advisory Committee: attorney Bradford Carver and architects Kevin Crowley and Douglas Goddard. The purpose of the committee is to advise selectmen, other town boards and committees, the town administrator and the public buildings director on all issues related to the repair and restoration of the public safety building, which sustained serious damage during last spring's floods. It will serve until Dec. 31, 2012, at the latest. In addition to the three appointed members, the public buildings director and the town administrator will serve as ex officio members of the committee without the right to vote and their presence will not be counted in determining a quorum.
