Preview of February 1 meeting of Board of Selectmen
The regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Selectmen that would have normally been held on Monday, January 25, 2010 has been cancelled.
The next meeting of the Board of Selectmen will be held on Monday, February 1st in Town Building. The selectmen and Town Administrator will first attend the Finance Committee's Annual Town Meeting Warrant Hearing.
After convening the meeting and receiving public comment, the Board will meet with interested petitioner's to review the Town Meeting process and steps that need to be taken should one wish to amend the submitted article. Selectmen will then meet with the Planning Board to discuss submitted zoning articles. Later in the evening, selectmen will review correspondence, consider the consent calendar, and discuss projected meeting agenda items for the next several selectmens meetings. The Board will consider the proposed charge and composition of an economic development committee.
The meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. in the Selectmen's Meeting Room.
