On Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at 7:30pm in the Senior Center – Town Building, Moderator Dennis Berry will conduct an open discussion to hear from interested citizens regarding the conduct and procedures governing town meetings.  While still fresh in our minds, this "debriefing" session is an opportunity to provide constructive suggestions on ways to modify rules and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of town meeting.

Members of the Moderator's advisory Town Meeting Procedures sub-committee will join Mr. Berry to hear voter feedback on the administration of electronic voting, use of the abbreviated presentation procedure, application of video technology to enhance article presentations, and general suggestions to improve the conduct of town meetings.
