LOLA was found! near high school track 1/14 3:30pm

Lola was lost near high school track 1/14 3:30pm. Please help find our miniature red long-haired dachshund! Lost this afternoon at Wayland High School–near tennis courts and construction trailers around 3:30pm. She is very small–about 8 pounds, very pretty and frightened. She will bark out of fear and will not bite. She is wearing a pink collar with her tags and information. (Lola is the smaller dog in the photo, on the left)

Update 1/15/12: Lola was found!! A major thank you to the Moloney Family who saw the Lost Lola reports online and formed their own search operation. They helped to find and retrieve the dog, who had borrowed under a construction trailer near the tennis courts and gotten stuck.

Missing cat: Dawlish is missing from Draper Rd.

Dawlish is a 4 year old, male, short hair tabby cat. He went missing from his Draper Rd residence near Glezen Ln on 1/5. He's very affectionate with his owner but scared of strangers so he may try to hide. He's generally better with women than men. He was wearing a blue collar with silver paws prints on it. Harry is an indoor cat, but he snuck out two nights ago. He has black short hair, and is very thin due to a thyroid condition – some may think he is a stray but he is just ill and requires his meds. He has no front claws. He is very loving and tends to meow a lot. He has some tiny little stray white hairs on his upper chest. Please check your garages, cars, anywhere. Found Dog. A white miniture female poodle running loose in the Riverview Ball Field area Sunday afternoon. She is without a collar but is microchipped. She has been taken to Buddy Dog awaiting her owners pick up.

FOUND! Hound Dog from Oxbow and Concord

On Tuesday August 30, we lost a rescue dog that we are fostering. He's a neutered male hound about 50 lbs, white with tan patches. His name is Duncan, but he may answer better to 'Butter'. Duncan was last seen early this morning (Thursday Sept. 1) near the corner of Oxbow Road and Concord Road. He was previously seen near the South side of Farrar Pond on the Lincoln/Wayland line. He's a bit skittish, and may run from people, although he is not aggressive. He may approach dogs more easily than people. “Calvin” is the fourth black-and-white cat now missing in Wayland

Calvin was last seen on 2 Charles Street and Parkland Drive (in the Lake Cochituate Town Beach neighborhood) on Sunday night, July 3, at 7:30 pm. Please call 508-655-2434 if you know anything about her disappearance. Calvin is 14 years old and weighs 15 pounds. She is a black and white tuxedo style cat who looks exactly like the other 3 missing cats: Cookie, Zoya and Zaria. Calvin spends a lot of her time outdoors during the summer months chasing chipmunks. She has never disappeared before.

Lost Cat: Rosalina missing from Stonebridge area

Rosalina is missing from Stonebridge Rd. home since last week. She is not wearing a collar. She weighs about 11 pounds, and is mostly white with some brown markings.

Lost Dog: 18 month old golden-doodle, Sedgemeadow area; last seen June 1 at Glezen and Route 126

Cookie is an 18 month old neutered male Tiny Golden-doodle. He weighs about 18 Lbs and stands about 12 inches at the shoulder. He has the yellowish coloring of a Golden but looks more like a Miniature Poodle otherwise. He is recently shaved with a plume on his tail. He is very friendly and will come when called, his disappearance is very uncharacteristic. The included picture was taken yesterday. He was last seen on Tuesday 5/31/2011 at 8:15 AM on the Sedgemeadow in Wayland which is between Rt. 27 and Rt. 126 just north of Glezen Ln. If you have seen Cookie Please call or email! UPDATE 6/2: Cookie was seen the evening of Wednesday 6/1 (the day after his disappearance) on two separate occasions near the intersection of Glezen Lane and Rt. 126. Sadly Cookie did not come to calls and disappeared again. This was the night of the terrible storms that brought tornadoes to our western neighbors and frightening lightning, thunder, and destructive winds to our neighborhoods, so it is anyone's guess where Cookie is today. To not come when called was out of character for Cookie and leads us to believe he is operating on survival instinct and may fear people as potential predators. If you see cookie please do not call to him or approach him but call Ben Clifford immediately at 508-524-1056.

Note: A June 18 sighting that we included in an update on June 22 turned out not to be Cookie.
