Boating Survey

An exciting possibility exists to establish a community boating resource in Wayland at the western edge of the proposed RT 20 Town Center (see map below). The goal of this project is to facilitate access and promote recreational use of the Sudbury River by residents of Wayland and surrounding towns. Access to this stretch of the river is currently limited, yet it is one of the most beautiful sections winding through the National Wildlife Refuge. This project could create boat storage for owners of canoes, kayaks and non motorized crafts and a walking path to the Sudbury River boat launch from the boat storage and Wayland Town Center. This survey is intended to determine the local level of interest. We thank you for the 3 minutes it will take to complete the below survey.
