Wayland Town Crier 1/7/11: Board of Selectmen: A year of many accomplishments. Our citizens were tested in 2010, by both residual challenges of an economic recession unlike any other since the Great Depression and the physical damage caused by the worst spring flooding conditions the town had experienced in more than a half century. Despite these difficult circumstances, 2010 was a year of many accomplishments. And 2011 will be a year of both challenges and opportunities.
