METCO funding was cut for this fiscal year and there are currently no funds for late buses, elementary through high school. We are spearheading a combination of fundraising events to restore the buses for this year. One of these events is called, “Wayland’s Got Talent…and Fashion” which will be held on Sunday, November 15th, at 3:30 at Wayland Middle School. Please come to support our METCO children who currently do not have access to after school programs at every level. Our goal is to raise $73,000 to be able to restore the after school buses and the after school program; we have raised over $26,000 so far. Thank you for your continued support.
