Milford Daily News 7/15/10: Backers fired up to repeal affordable housing law. Backers of a movement to repeal Chapter 40B are happy they got the question on the ballot in November, but they are preparing for a fight this election season with advocates of the state's affordable housing law. Repeal 40B supporters will be facing strong opposition from groups such as the Committee Against Repealing the Housing Law, which has vowed to fight the ballot question. "We're feeling very good about the campaign we're putting together," said Wayland resident Tripp Jones, chairman of that committee.
