Screening of ‘Race to Nowhere’ at Weston High School

Wayland Town Crier 1/18/11: Screening of ‘Race to Nowhere’ at Weston High School. A concerned mother turned filmmaker aims her camera at the high-stakes, high-pressure culture that has invaded our schools and our children’s lives, creating unhealthy, disengaged, unprepared and stressed-out youth.

The Weston PTO is sponsoring a screening of the film at Weston High School on Tuesday, January 25 at 7pm. There will be a facilitated discussion after the film.

An invitation to the Weston screening is accessible online. Tickets may only be purchased electronically through the movie studio, as directed in the invitation, or from the Weston Schools website. Contact Danielle Black or Ellen Livingston with questions.
