Wayland Town Crier 2/10/11: Condoms to be available to Wayland High School students. Condoms will soon be available to Wayland High School students under a new policy unanimously approved by the town’s Board of Health and School Committee.

Wayland High School nurse Amy Schoeff said she has become increasingly alarmed by the conversations she has with students in her office, coupled with the fact that sexually transmitted infections (STIs) can be transmitted by forms of sexual activity other than intercourse, and by the proportion of students who are not taking any precautions.
