Wayland Town Crier 2/28/11: Debt exclusion will be on Wayland ballot. Selectmen on Monday night unanimously voted last night to put a Proposition 2 1/2 debt exclusion question on the ballot. Voters will decide at the polls on April 5 whether to approve $880,000 in capital spending to buy computers for the school district and to plan and develop additional athletic and playing fields.
