Wednesday, June 29, Concert on the Weston Green: Hot Tamale Brass Band, 7-8:45pm.  The Hot Tamale Brass Band makes you feel like you’re down in the Big Easy at Mardi Gras time. The band plays traditional New Orleans jazz and funky second line brass band music, featuring a trumpet, trombone, sax, sousaphone, and drums.  Free, no rain date.

Wednesday, July 6: Lincoln Summer Concerts: The Nays, Piece Park, Weston Rd, Lincoln, 6pm.  The Nays play a broad range of rock music from the 50's and 60's, specializing in music by the Beatles, as well as their own original music. Wednesday, July 6, Concert on the Weston Green: John Clark & the Wolverine Jazz Band, 7-8:45pm.  Specializing in traditional jazz, New Orleans style music of the 20’s and 30’s, we will enjoy a mix of tunes made famous by Louis Armstrong, Jelly Roll Morton, George Gershwin and Duke Ellington, in addition to some forgotten Dixieland gems from the jazz era.  Free, no rain date.

Monday, July 11, Sudbury Summer Concert Series: The Friends of Broadway, Haskell Field, 7pm.  The Friends of Broadway Paradise Tour features 22 talented singers and dancers in grades 2-10 who perform Broadway hits, Pop favorites, and classic tunes! The girls have performed all over the country since 1998. Their mission is to bring music and joy to people from all walks of life. Stops on this Tour include nursing homes, hospitals, and benefit concerts for the Jimmy Fund and AIDS walk, as well as others.  Bring friends, family, a picnic dinner, a blanket or chairs, and maybe even your dancing shoes! Wednesday, July 13, Lincoln Summer Concerts: Alan and The Alligators, , Piece Park, Weston Rd, Lincoln, 6pm.  Alan and the Alligators are a threepiece band with a versatile, full sound, and talent for playing popular cover songs and catchy, danceable original songs. Their music is a mix of original and cover rock, funk, blues, R&B, dance, jazz, pop, jam band, folk music.  Summer Concerts may be rescheduled for rain. Wednesday, July 13, Concert on the Weston Green:  Sharon Community Band, 7-8:45pm.  The Sharon Community Band was founded in 1988 by the late Roy Scott of Sharon, Mass, under the auspcies of the town’s Recreation Department. The Band has grown from a handful of Sharon residents to over 55 musicians ranging in age from early teens to their nineties. The Concert Band’s outdoor summer concerts are fun for the entire family, and include Broadway show tunes, patriotic melodies, stirring marches and familiar favorites.  Free, no rain date.

Monday, July 18, Sudbury Summer Concert Series: Greenhead, Haskell Field, 7pm.  Greenhead consists of two guys (Mike Maino and Chuck Doran from Ipswich, MA) who play acoustic guitar, sing harmonies and do a range of music from upbeat rock and roll to mellow acoustic songs. Greenhead's songlist includes James Taylor, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Johnny Cash, John Mayer, The Beatles, Weezer, Jack Johnson, Elvis Costello, Lyle Lovett, originals and more!  Bring friends, family, a picnic dinner, a blanket or chairs, and maybe even your dancing shoes! Wednesday, July 20, Lincoln Summer Concerts: Groove Syndicate, Piece Park, Weston Rd, Lincoln, 6pm.  Dust off your platform shoes and get your bell-bottoms out because Groove Syndicate is bringing its "funktastic" sound to Pierce Park. Featuring soulful vocals, funk grooves, crisp rhythms and blazing horn lines. Wednesday, July 20, Concert on the Weston Green:  Glamour Girls, 7-8:45pm.  With a show highlighted by costume changes and eye-catching choreography, the Glamour Girls present a song selection ranging from early 60’s sock hops tand Motown/soul era, to the disco hits of the 70’s, and pop/rock chart toppers of the 80’s. Artists covered include Diana Ross and the Supremes, Sister Sledge, Gloria Gaynor, Madonna, B-52’s and many more.  Free, no rain date.

Monday, July 25, Sudbury Summer Concert Series, Paul Rodriquez, Haskell Field, 7pm.  A resident of Sudbury, Paul Rodriguez has been performing as a singer/guitarist for over 40 years. He is a child of the 60s and 70s and so is his music, playing favorites by Simon & Garfunkle, James Taylor, the Beatles, Van Morrison, Cat Stevens, and Jim Croce as well as more current artists. He has also taught guitar in Sudbury for the past three years.  Bring friends, family, a picnic dinner, a blanket or chairs, and maybe even your dancing shoes!
