Wayland residents to benefit from new bus stops

Wayland Town Crier 8/25/11: Wayland residents to benefit from new bus stops. The Metrowest Regional Transit Authority (MWRTA) has recently announced its bus services connecting south Wayland with destinations in Natick and Framingham have been extended to pickups at the Cochituate Village Apartments and Bent Park housing complexes. Route 10, which runs from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on weekdays and from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays, makes stops at the Natick Mall, Sherwood Plaza, Sherwood Village and Cedar Gardens in Natick, MBTA commuter rail stations in Natick, the Hub in Framingham (where Charlie Cards may be obtained), Roche Bros. in Natick, Leonard Morse Hospital, and the Route 9/27 home of Stop & Shop, Staples and Building 19. Route 11, which runs midday Monday through Friday only, travels on roughly the same route, but in the opposite direction. Thus, passengers from Cochituate who want to go to the Natick Stop & Shop, for example, should take Route 11 to the store and Route 10 coming back.
