"It was kind of a feeble attempt," said Lt. Patrick Swanick, adding that 42-year-old Timothy Rigueiro had been drinking. "Nothing happened, thankfully." Rigueiro was on the phone with his ex-wife when he became angry and decided to target her broken-down Ford Taurus, which was parked outside his 43 Dudley Road home, Swanick said.
