Wayland Town Crier 3/24/12: Wayland Selectman Nolan accused again of violating order. Selectman and former state representative hopeful Joseph F. Nolan was arrested Friday for violating a restraining order, police said, the second time he has been arrested on that charge this month. According to a press release, Nolan turned himself in at about 10:30am Friday after police informed him someone had reported he violated the order.
