Town of Wayland 11/7/12: Support Relief Efforts for Those Impacted by Superstorm Sandy. Next Tuesday, November 13, a 40′ truck, courtesy of our new Stop & Shop, will leave from Wayland Town Center packed with light construction equipment, winter clothing, non-perishable food, and pallets of drinking water.

We’re headed to Breezy Point NY, home to many of NY’s fire, police and EMT’s, first-responders who’s homes were destroyed by fires and flood waters of Hurricane Sandy last week.

We need your help to fill this truck …I know you saw flooded homes, with fires raging everywhere – it was all over the news! This is Breezy Point.
