Nancy Wind, a Wayland resident, is organizing a school supply drive for the town of Oceanside, NY, a community that was hit very hard with flooding and many families are still without power and places to live. Please donate new pens, pencils, rulers. markers, crayons, paper, notebooks, sticky notes, index cards, calculators etc. anything that will help a child at school or at home. Some schools have just restarted this week with a lot of damage and no supplies. Students are being moved to different schools and some schools are displaced due to too much damage. Many communities have come together to help one another and the pouring of love and support from neighboring states keeps coming in. Donations will be received until Wednesday, November 21st.
