Housing proposal pared back

Wayland Town Crier 6/28/13: Housing proposal pared back. The Planning Board recently heard an introduction by Brendon Properties LLC for a proposed 42-unit town home project in the new Town Center. Kevin Giblin, president of Brendon Properties, who made the presentation, has submitted a site plan application to the board. The project originally called for 88 units, and a special permit has been issued for up to that number. The whittled-down proposal calls for one four-unit structure, two three-unit buildings, and 16 duplexes.
