Wayland Patch 8/28/13: Progress for Proposed Wayland Townhouses. A proposed townhouse development at Wayland Town Center inched one step closer to reality on Tuesday. The Planning Board, during its Aug. 27 meeting, heard developer Brendan Homes’ proposal for a reduced version of its townhouses from 88 units to 42 units (with 84 bedrooms), according to Town Planner Sarkis Sarkisian. The complex would be known as Wayland Green Place.
