High School students, this is for you. Challenge yourselves at the 5th Annual Intel-OARS Environmental Innovators Contest. Use your creativity to solve real environmental issues in the Concord Watershed, earn cash prizes and have fun. Entry Forms are due Oct. 31, 2013; Project Proposals on Dec. 5, 2013 and Final Projects are due Feb. 6, 2014. The contest takes place in March.
