The Board of Selectmen will meet on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 in Wayland Town Building beginning at 7:00 pm in the Large Hearing Room. The meeting will begin with the Warrant Hearing for the November 20, 2013 Special Town Meeting.
At approximately 7:45 pm the Vice-Chair will review the meeting agenda for the viewing public, make announcements and hold public comment.
At 7:55 p.m., the Board will interview Michael Connor for a vacancy on the Zoning Board of Appeals. At 8:10 pm the Board will interview Robert Mercier for the position of Interim Town Administrator followed by a discussion and potential appointment of one of the two candidates who have been interviewed.
Scheduled for 9:00 pm is a joint meeting with the Personnel Board to review RFP responses for the Town Administrator search. At approximately 9:20 pm the Board will discuss the vacancy on the Board of Selectmen followed by a discussion of Sudbury’s reactions to buses parked at the Septage Facility and River Road access to the DPW Facility. At approximately 10:00 pm the Selectmen will review the consent calendar, review correspondence and listen to the report of the Acting Town Administrator. Following will be an executive session planned for a review of executive session minutes from October 16th with the potential of releasing those minutes in open session. Selectmen’s reports and concerns will be discussed at approximately 10:40 pm. The meeting is planned to adjourn at 10:55 pm.
