On Tuesday, March 25, 7-8pm, the Energy Initiatives Advisory Committee will be holding an information session about a multi-building energy savings and capital equipment upgrade project. Wayland was one of the first towns to receive the state’s Green Community designation. At this year’s Town Meeting, starting on April 3, the town hopes to continue to be at the forefront of municipal energy efficiency with the passing of this project. Questions can also be posed at the Warrant Hearing on Wednesday, March 26. The project will be voted on as part of the capital budget at Town Meeting.
