“Imagine No Malaria” is an extraordinary effort of the people of The United Methodist Church, putting our faith into action to end preventable deaths by malaria in Africa, especially the death of a child or mother. Through an integrated strategy including working side-by-side with local communities, the campaign supports sleeping net distributions, health clinic improvements, training for medical support in Africa, and boosting communication techniques to help local people change behavior patterns in order to prevent contracting the disease. If you cannot come for the dinner but would like to support this important life-saving campaign, contributions may be sent to Community United Methodist Church with “Imagine No Malaria” in the memo line.
