Wayland Youngster Jessie Aufman Passes Away, services Sunday in Framingham

Wayland Patch 12/30/15: Wayland Youngster Jessie Aufman Passes Away. Well-known Wayland youngster Jessie Aufman passed away on Wednesday morning. Aufman, 13, suffered from Sanfilippo Syndrome, a terminal genetic disease that causes sugars to build up on the brain, progressively inhibiting movement, speech and cognitive abilities.  Her obituary is posted online here.

A Celebration of Jessie’s life will be held on Sunday, January 3, 2016 at 12:00 noon at Edwards, Church, 39 Edwards Street, Framingham.
