Wayland Town Crier 4/1/16: Wayland FinCom: Recommending 2.76% budget increase. The Finance Committee finalized our review of budget requests last month and will recommend that Town Meeting members approve our operating budget for fiscal 2017. The capital and operating budgets are the byproduct of over 100 hours of deliberation in 30 public meetings over a five-month period.
