Wayland Town Meeting finishes earlier than expected

Wayland Town Crier 4/11/16: Wayland Town Meeting finishes earlier than expected. Wayland Town Meeting finished its business just before 9 p.m. on Monday, despite the fact an additional session was expected Tuesday night, and a fifth session was even possible for Thursday. The quick pace through 16 articles on Monday was helped by the fact that there was minimal discussion about approving a $15 million conservation restriction for Mainstone Farm, an article to fund traffic control measures on Glezen Lane was passed over, and an abbreviated procedure was used for less controversial articles.
