Come Experience a Powerful Simulation of What it’s Like to have Dementia

On Monday, June 20th from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, Traditions of Wayland will host a special event for the general public in support of the Alzheimer’s Association’s “The Longest Day” event. Members of the media are invited as well to come to the event and participate in “The Walk in Their Shoes” dementia simulation, donning special gear, and learning first-hand what it’s like to have dementia.
