Hoedown for Hope supporting local children’s grief programs

hoedown2The Parmenter Foundation is hosting its 4th Annual Hoedown for Hope on September 17, 2016 at 7 PM at the Wolbach Farm in Sudbury. This FUNdraising event will feature country music, line dancing, southwestern fare, a high striker contest and an auction, all to support two local children’s bereavement programs:

HeartPlayHEARTplaysm is a children’s bereavement program utilizing the creative arts to help young hearts heal through on-going monthly workshops. It is designed to support children and teens ages 3 – 19 who have lost someone close to them (often a parent or sibling). The other children’s bereavement program, Camp Erin Boston, complements monthly children’s bereavement services by offering an annual camp for 60 children between the ages of 6 and 17.
