5th Annual LOBSTER FEST – Sunday, September 25th, Sandy Burr Country Club, 5pm-7:30pm.
Once again there is something for everyone at the Friends of the Wayland Council On Aging annual Lobster Fest. The wonderful buffet dinner includes chowder, lobster, steak tips, grilled chicken, salads, watermelon and (save plenty of room) make your own sundaes! The live auction, beer bottle ring toss, lottery board and other games just add to the festivities.
Proceeds benefit the Friends of the Wayland Council On Aging, a 501(c)3, a non-profit organization whose mission is to support programs, equipment and services that cannot be funded within the COAs limited budget. The Friends underwrite many COA programs, making fees more affordable to residents.
Tickets are $65 and available at The Village Bank on Route 20 or call the Council On Aging at the Wayland Town Building. Come have a great time while supporting your Council On Aging.
