Wayland officials look to hear from ‘silent majority’

Wayland Town Crier 1/5/17: Wayland officials look to hear from ‘silent majority’. Selectmen are looking for feedback – and not just from people who often speak at meetings. “We hope to attract people who do not always come forward with their thoughts about how the town is functioning,” Selectwoman Mary Antes said. Officials are planning facilitator-led small group listening sessions that they hope will include up to 15 residents each. That size will ensure there is time to hear from all participants, who could include regular meeting attendees and people who are new to sharing their views, according to an announcement.
