Sudbury Valley Trustees to Host Wildlife Programs in March

Sudbury Valley Trustees (SVT) is hosting a series of wildlife programs in March at their Wolbach Farm headquarters in Sudbury. On March 14, Michele Grzenda, Weston Conservation Administrator, presents “An Introduction to Vernal Pools, and on March 16, Susan McCarthy, Wildlife Biologist with Massachusetts Division of Fish and Wildlife, presents “Bobcats in Massachusetts.” “Dragonflies of the Northeast” will be presented on March 23 by Greg Dysart, naturalist and nature photographer.

For children in grades K-5, SVT is offering a fun program “All About Bats” on March 16. Held in the barn at Wolbach Farm, Emily Anderson, SVT’s Community Outreach Coordinator and MassLIFT AmeriCorps member, facilitates activities that illustrate the talents of these interesting creatures.
