Wayland’s 7th annual free Summer Community Concert Series begins Thursday, June 14 at 7pm in the Town Building courtyard and continues on the following four Thursdays. Bring a chair or blanket, and come enjoy some great music with your friends and neighbors.
This summer’s line-up includes some old favorites and some new bands that are sure to please:
Thursday, June 14, 7pm – 8pm: Southbound Train (country)
Thursday, June 21, 7pm – 8pm: Club Soda Band (top 40)
Thursday, June 28, 7pm – 8pm: The Tom Nutile Big Band
Thursday, July 5, 7pm – 8pm: Sudbury Valley New Horizons Band, directed by Diane Muffitt
Thursday, July 12, 7pm – 8pm: Local Freight (bluegrass)
In case of rain, the concerts will be indoors.
