Sudbury-Wayland-Lincoln Domestic Violence Roundtable is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization of men and women incorporated in 1999. The goal of the Roundtable is to raise awareness about the issue of domestic violence through community education and networking and to improve the coordination between public and private services for victims and families touched by domestic violence.

Wayland students help school library in Vietnam

Wayland Town Crier 6/29/18: Wayland students help school library in Vietnam. In its continuing commitment to education around the globe, Wayland Middle School donated $3,000 to Room to Read earlier this school year. This donation fulfilled the school’s commitment to raising more than $7,000 to fund a school library in Vietnam. The library is located in Ha Tinh, a province located about 200 miles south of Hanoi. Room to Read is a global organization seeking to transform the lives of millions of children in the developing world by focusing on literacy and gender equality in education.
