Property taxes to increase for next fiscal year

Wayland Town Crier 12/11/18: Taxes going up due to rising property values. Time to dig a little deeper into the bank account, because taxes are going up. Selectmen voted unanimously last week to set a single rate for all property types. The average homeowner tax bill in fiscal 2019 is $13,719, compared to $12,906 in the last fiscal year, a 6.3 percent increase.
